Getting Started

What to Expect in Your First 30, 60, and 90 Days

Everything starts with a diagnosis, not a package. Here’s what actually happens after you reach out.
Day 0

Assessment

Everything starts with the Customer Inquiry & Follow-Up Assessment. No assumptions, no predetermined package, just a clear look at where inquiries are coming from, where they’re getting delayed, and where follow-up is breaking down.
Week
1–2

Findings & Recommendation

Afrikabase walks through what the Assessment found and recommends the smallest fix that actually solves it. If the constraint is visibility, that’s Kova, Afrikabase’s website system. If it’s inquiry handling, that’s Rilay, Afrikabase’s inquiry and workflow system. Sometimes it’s both. Sometimes it’s neither, and the fix is simpler than either.
Weeks
2–6

Implementation

This stage varies by scope, a website rebuild and an inquiry-routing setup move on different timelines. You’ll get a specific plan, not a fixed promise, once the recommendation is scoped.

Go-Live

The system goes live. Staff are trained on anything that changes in their day-to-day. Afrikabase monitors closely during this window to catch anything that needs adjusting.

Review & Optimization

A check-in on what’s actually different, response times, follow-up completion, whatever the original constraint was measuring against. Adjustments happen here, based on real operation, not guesswork.

Day 0 starts with the Assessment.
